2. The 7-Day Review & Cancellation Period

We want every client to feel confident in their decision to partner with Pathora Consulting. To support this, we offer a 24 Hours Review and Cancellation Period for all new consulting engagements.

Eligibility:
This policy applies to all new clients upon execution of a formal Consulting Agreement and receipt of the initial project deposit or upfront payment.

Duration:
The review period lasts 24 Hours, beginning on the official project start date as defined in your Consulting Agreement.

How to Cancel:
To cancel within the 7-day review period, you must submit a formal written cancellation notice via email to info@pathoraconsulting.com

3. Refund Calculation Within the 24 Hours Period

If a written cancellation request is received within the 24 Hours review period, Pathora Consulting will issue a refund of the initial payment minus the cost of all work already performed.

Work Performed Includes:

• Discovery and onboarding meetings

• Research and data analysis

• Strategy formulation and planning

• Administrative work

• Any third-party or operational costs incurred on your behalf

Billing for Work Performed:
All completed work will be billed at the standard hourly consulting rate specified in your Consulting Agreement. A detailed invoice outlining these charges will be provided.

Example:
If your initial project deposit is $5,000 and our team completes 10 hours of consulting work at an agreed rate of $200 per hour within the first 7 days, the total cost of work performed would be $2,000. The eligible refund would be $3,000.

4. Cancellation After the 7-Day Period

If a cancellation request is submitted after the 7-day review period has ended, the initial deposit and any payments related to completed milestones become non-refundable.

You will remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation, in accordance with the Consulting Agreement.

5. Non-Guarantee of Results

While Pathora Consulting provides professional expertise, strategic advice, and business guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue growth, profitability, or market performance.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with business results, as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

• Project or agreement reference
